Body Psychotherapy Offerings:

Intimate Relationships

How do we love each other well? These sessions are facilitated from the perspective that “love” is an active practice, as such, it is a skill that can be fine tuned. We will explore your relationship to yourself and others. What patterns show up throughout your life in relationships? How do you navigate conflict or rejection? What is your communication style?

Together will develop practices of setting and maintaining boundaries, as well as expressing your unique needs and desires.

This work benefits all forms of relationships - marriage,, friendship, family, professional, etc.

“When you give yourself permission to communicate what matters in every situation you will have peace despite rejection or disapproval. ”

With over a decade of experience working with trauma I will be with you in the moments where it feels easy and the moments where it feels impossible. Whether the words pour out or none exist at all.
